2. Eligibility

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

  • Handmade or personalised items may differ slightly from product images.

  • All product measurements and specifications are approximate unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or description error

  • Payment is not successfully authorised

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept common payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment providers offered during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. If your payment fails, we may cancel the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We deliver within the UK and internationally where specified.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Personalised and Custom Orders

For personalised, engraved, or custom-made gifts:

  • You must ensure all text and choices submitted are correct.

  • We are not responsible for errors you provide.

  • These items are generally non-refundable, except where faulty or misdescribed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Returns, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.

Standard Products

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads

  • Items with hygiene considerations (e.g., food-based gifts, opened cosmetics)

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to separate terms and availability. We may cancel or amend promotions without notice. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used retrospectively.
